Frequently Asked Questions

We want to make sure our customers have the best experience possible. Here are some frequently asked questions that will help you prepare for your next Quest Adventure!

FAQs

Will I get wet?

There’s a pretty good chance your feet will get wet for sure, and your clothes may get wet from splashes as you paddle.

If you choose to bring a phone, camera, or other item(s) that you have concern over getting wet or possible dropped overboard, please plan accordingly to keep you items dry. We recommend a dry bag for personal items (a Ziploc bag is not the best way to keep your items dry and secure).

*QUEST is not responsible for an any damaged or lost items are lost personal items.

What should I bring?

You will want to plan for the weather/elements.

Suggested items that you may consider bringing on the paddle:

  • Shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.

  • Water Bottle

  • Hat & Sunglasses

  • Sunscreen

Are tours kid-friendly?

Most tours are kid-friendly with accompanying adults. Children aged 5-12 will be required to paddle in a tandem kayak with an adult.

I have a youth group or corporate retreat that I would like to schedule a tour for.

Send us an email at questkayaktours@gmail.com with details of what you're looking for, and we'll get in touch.
